Thierry Le Breton
Expert in the development of Strategies for Territorial Integration
​
A graduate in Political Science from the University of Lyon II and holder of an MBA from IAE Paris - Paris Dauphine, Thierry co-created the consulting firm Dynamia Associates & Developers Ltd in 2014 with Guy Fromet de Rosnay.
He has supported many organisations in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean, through the creation and application of territorial regeneration and recovery strategies.

Thierry is engaged in the protection of human rights and of cultural and environmental heritage in Mauritius. He sits on the Board of Directors of the National Heritage Fund and chairs its Technical Committee.

Amandine de Rosnay
Social and Environmental Justice Specialist
​
Amandine holds an MSc in Carbon Management (University of Edinburgh), an MPhil in Transitional Justice (University of Cape Town) and a BA in International Relations (University College Maastricht).
She has 10 years of experience at the international level (South Africa, Zimbabwe, DRC, EU, Mauritius, Indian Ocean Islands), and has developed skills in the development of management approaches and impact assessment for human rights, natural resources, and climate change.
Her approach includes the balance between the needs of economic development, social and environmental protection. She has solid expertise to meet the reporting needs of national and international stakeholders.

Micael Noguero Kwik
Local and International Business Development
​
Of Spanish origin, Micael has a background in tourism management and a graduate degree in sustainable tourism (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona). He also holds a master's degree in Chinese language and international business from Zheijang University, and is fluent in English, French, Chinese and Spanish.
Micael has over ten years of experience in international business development involving large companies, with interventions in more than twenty countries and in various sectors.
Micael is currently focusing much of his efforts on opening new business opportunities and developing markets within B Corp and the related community.

Course 1 : Embracing Complexity and systems thinking
Understanding the complexities of today’s world and how our daily choices have cascading impacts on interconnected ecosystems. Participants will learn about the various historical and modern managerial responses to this reality, and how to become agile and ambidextrous organisations.

Course 2: From intention to impact
Using the scientific approach to achieve sustainability. Participants will be taken on a project design journey, through which they will learn how to guide their intuition to ‘do good’ into measurable and quantifiable results. Participants will be introduced to various measurement tools and compliance requirements. For the practical session, we will use the carbon footprint element of a Life Cycle Assessment.

Course 3: Developing business opportunities
In this course, participants will learn about the multiple benefits and opportunities of being a mission driven company, that can leverage their businesses to solve problems and generate positive outcomes for their communities and the country. We will give you the strategic tools necessary to position your business as a sector and market leader, and to co-create with your stakeholders new and interesting business models.

The SME grant: up to 30% discount
The conditions for access to this grant are that you must be: (i) locally owned, (ii) have no corporate shareholders, (iii) have less than 15 employees. You will pay Rs21,000 per course, or Rs6,300 after HRDC reimbursement
