We have recently created and sold a series of workshops around the topic of carbon footprint. The goal here is twofold: (1) to get employees and managers in line with the company’s sustainability goals especially with climate change related risks and impacts, and (2) to define the scope and calculate their carbon footprint in order to find strategic paths to reduce that footprint.
This type of exercise can be fine-tuned and re-modelled depending on your specific company’s needs – from the informative and motivational to the nitty-gritty operational and strategic details.
Value Chain alignment
Value Chain Alignment is a key competitive lever to align the structure and decision making processes of an organisation. It forces a company to look at what are they key elements that are unique to them, and which can help them make a difference for both their internal and external enviornments. We often carry this our as part of our Integrated Reporting or Strategic workshops.
